“My favorite part of baseball is hitting dingers and all the fun trash talk,” Austin said.Īs an upperclassman, Austin is well aware of the many eyes that are watching him and looking up to him. Austin enjoys just about everything when it comes to baseball, but the fun atmosphere is one of his favorite parts. Growing up Austin has always played sports and he loves baseball so much he even plays on a travel team in the summer.
“I keep everything balanced by making sure my schooling comes first then all my sport activities,” said Austin. He plays shooting guard for the Bulldogs basketball team as well as shortstop for the baseball team.īalancing schoolwork, sports, family, and friends is an important task for all high school students and Austin is no exception. “Character depicts what other people think you are as a person, so having good character is very important,” Austin said.Īustin is an active student and athlete.
